May 2011, I graduated with an MFA from Tulane University. For years I've
focused on architectural themes through 2D works on paper. For my
thesis, Tectonics, I branched
out into a few installation projects, based on similar themes of the
inversion of space or the exposure of inside/outside space based on
visual references to both archaeological and construction site. One
installation was a modular
sculpture made from reclaimed acrylic sheets with various miniature
objects. Another room
was a pseudo projection coming from a model house with a hand drawn
image of
Yosemite National Park. You can find more photos of each project on my website.
